At NEXORA, each piece is designed with intention, precision, and respect for craftsmanship. Our return and exchange policy reflects the nature of our products and the standards of a luxury house.

PERFUME OILS & FRAGRANCE PRODUCTS

Due to the personal, hygienic, and artisanal nature of fragrance products, all perfume oil sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on perfume oils
This applies to opened and unopened fragrance products
This policy is compliant with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations for sealed personal-use goods

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your fragrance arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

 DISCOVERY SETS & SAMPLES

All discovery sets and samples are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Samples are provided to help clients explore the NEXORA collection prior to committing to a full-size fragrance.

BAGS & LEATHER GOODS

Returns are accepted on bags and leather goods under the following conditions:

Return request made within 14 days of delivery
Item must be:

Unused

In original condition
With all original packaging, dust bags, and protective materials

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

NEXORA reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, or handling beyond necessary inspection.

JACKETS & OUTERWEAR 

We accept returns and exchanges on jackets and outerwear under the following terms:

Request within 14 days of delivery
Item must be:

Unworn
With tags attached
In original packaging

Items worn outside, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
